Goals and Objectives

Our goal is to provide quality solutions to be recognized as “THE” problem-solving institution throughout the Caribbean for the commercial, construction and industrial sectors. This goal is being achieved through number of strategies. These strategies include:

  • Maintaining a highly technical, competent and motivated workforce that is adequately rewarded.
  • Staying competitive by keeping abreast with new technologies, products and processes. Our staff are trained and re-trained to achieve this.
  • Delivery of our products and services within the prescribed time frame. After sales services is part of our overall product delivery
  • Continued liaison with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and to ensure a clear understanding of the terms of reference of the contracts.
  • Detailed review and evaluation of jobs delivered to ensure that they are performed to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Building Client relations.

While the above are some of the strategies we will employ in our business to archive our goals. our current strengths have given us a competitive advantage. These include:

Health, Safety & Environmental Policy

Technical Construction Support Services Ltd are committed to ensuring that all employees are aware of the existence of this Policy, and their responsibilities to support it. This Policy will be kept up-to-date particular as the business changes nature and size. To ensure this, the Policy and the way in which it operates will be reviewed every year.

It is the Policy of Technical Construction Support Services Ltd to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees. This Policy will be kept up-to-date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size.

In Furtherance of this Policy, the Management of Technical Construction Support Services Ltd is committed to;

  • Use various risk reduction strategies to identify hazards and control risks associated with our operations to ensure they are reduced as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Provide safe handling and transportation of harmful substances.
  • Provide information, instruction, training and supervision geared towards increasing the competency of all employees so that they can perform their job safely.
  • Ensure our operations remain free from substance abuse.
  • Continually audit and review all procedures, polices and programs to ensure that all incidents and accidents are managed effectively so that recurrences can be prevented.
  • Providing safe systems of work in accordance with the Occupational and Safety Health Act of 2004 as amended 2006.
  • Responding quickly, effectively and with care to emergency situation or accidents resulting from its operations, co-operating with industry organizations and authorized government agencies.
  • Consult with our employees to ensure that their opinions are part of the HSE Management decisions making process with the company.
  • Provide a contractor management system that ensures that contractors are effectively selected and managed, so as to not introduce new risk to our organization.
  • Working to comply with all the relevant Health and Safety legislation through frequent auditing and implementation of this policy.
  • Review our Health and Safety policy at least once every three (3) years to ensure continuous HSE Management Systems improvement.

We believe that only successful projects are those that are executed in a safe manner and completed with an extremely safety record. Therefore, we pledge to provide the time and resources necessary four our individuals to perform their duties in the safest manner possible. The Management of Technical Construction Support Services Ltd are totally committed to safety and we insist that the Supervisors of our Employees and the Employees themselves put safety first and foremost when carrying out their duties.
